Objectives
Shri Ganapati Netralaya is a
non-profit multi-specialty eye Institute supported by the Mahyco Research Foundation Trust. The center was established on December 31st 1992 with the objective of providing comprehensive quality eye care to the rural population in India at an affordable cost.The hospital has seen phenomenal growth over past 20 years. The hospital started in a small building in Jalna, and has now moved to a technologically state-of-the-art clinical center that is currently the largest eye-care institute in western India. The new hospital occupies over 1,75,000 sq . feet of floor space and, with it's 10 operation theatres and modern eye care equipment, the hospital services over 400 patients every day. The center has a team of 10 dedicated doctors representing all ophthalmic sub-specialties.
